This Privacy Policy applies to the Workon – Daily Work Tracker mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Bharat Code (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This document explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use the Application. The Application is provided as a commercial service and is intended for use “as is.”
By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information Collection and Use
We designed Workon – Daily Work Tracker to prioritize your privacy.
We do not collect or store your personal work data on external servers owned or controlled by Bharat Code.
The Application may process the following types of information:
User-entered data: Tasks, titles, tags, streaks, hours worked, notes, and similar information you add manually.
Local app data: Settings and app-related data required for the Application to function on your device.
Local export files: If you use the export feature, the Application may create a file on your device for your personal backup or transfer purposes.
Advertising-related data: The free version uses AdMob to display ads. AdMob and related Google services may collect or process certain device or usage data as described in their own policies.
We do not knowingly collect location data, biometric identifiers, or sensitive personal information through our own servers.
3. Data Storage and Security
By default, all data created within the Application is stored locally on your device in a secure local database. This data is not transmitted to us.
If you use the local export feature, exported files are stored only on your device or in a location selected by you. We do not receive a copy of these files.
We follow reasonable practices to protect data integrity within the Application. However, the security of data stored on your device also depends on your device security and how you manage exported files.
4. Advertising and Third-Party Services
The free version of the Application uses third-party services that may process data:
Google AdMob: Used to display advertisements in the Application. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers, usage data, IP-related information, and advertising data in accordance with Google’s policies.
Google Play Services: Used for app distribution, security, and core platform functionality.
We do not sell your personal work data to third parties. However, third-party SDKs such as AdMob may process data according to their own privacy practices.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
- Your locally stored data remains on your device until:
- You delete specific entries manually within the app.
- You clear the app’s storage from your device settings.
- You uninstall the Application.
If you create exported files, those files remain in the storage location selected by you until you manually delete them.
6. GDPR Compliance (European Union Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to certain processing of your data.
Since your work data is generally stored locally on your device, you can typically exercise these rights directly through the Application or by deleting app data from your device.

7. CCPA & CPRA (California Residents)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).We do not sell your personal work data. However, third-party advertising services used in the free version may process certain data under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. CalOPPA (California Online Privacy Protection Act)
In compliance with CalOPPA:We make this Privacy Policy publicly available through our Play Store listing and/or within the app.
Our app does not track users across third-party websites in a manner controlled by us, and therefore we do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals.
We may update this Privacy Policy by revising the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
9. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 through our own services.However, third-party services such as AdMob may process certain technical data as part of ad delivery. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Application, please contact us.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify users by updating this page with the revised version.
Your continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
11. Your Consent
